What You Should Be Aware of When Renting Equipment from DreamLife Selfie
Rental Terms for Selfie Machine
The following terms apply to the rental of the 360 Video Booth and Selfie Mirror. Terms may change without notice; however, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply for the entire rental period, regardless of any subsequent changes.
Reservation and Payment:
Booking is made via phone or written agreement by email and must be approved by both the renter and the rental company. The agreement is binding and valid from the moment the customer confirms in writing that the provided information is correct.
The reservation is valid upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 1,000 DKK.
To secure the rental date, the deposit must be paid as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the agreement.
Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery and pickup of the selfie machines are handled directly by DreamLife Selfie.
Free delivery and pickup apply to events in North Zealand. For the rest of Denmark, delivery and pickup will be charged based on distance and any applicable fees, such as bridge or ferry charges. The customer will be informed of the costs in connection with the booking.
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable power outlet at the delivery location.
Use and Responsibility:
Photos and videos from the machines are stored by DreamLife Selfie and sent to the renter after the rental period.
The selfie machine may only be used for the agreed purpose and must not be moved from the delivery location without DreamLife Selfie’s consent. Any violation will be reported to the police as theft.
The customer is responsible for any damage to the machine during the event and assumes no liability for damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
In the event of damage to the machine and its equipment, a compensation fee will be applied as follows:
Selfie Mirror:
Light: 1.500 DKK
Camera: 3.000 DKK
Mirror 10.000 DKK
Loss of the Mirror: 20.000 DKK
360 Video Booth:
VIP Poles: 500 DKK per pole
GoPro Pole: 2.000 DKK
GoPro: 4.000 DKK
In the event of a civil lawsuit, legal proceedings will be filed in court.
Technical Support:
The rental company provides technical support in case of machine malfunction during the event.
The customer must immediately inform the rental company of any issues.
Throughout the event, DreamLife Selfie staff will be on hand to assist with the use of the selfie machines. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless and fun, and they will be on hand to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure the machines are operating optimally.
Cancellation:
You can change the rental date no later than 14 days before, without losing the deposit.
If cancelled or changed later than 14 days before the rental date, the deposit will not be refunded!
Property rights:
The selfie machine remains the property of DreamLife Selfie and may not be modified without the landlord's written consent.
